Murray Grey cattle carry more of the Tenderness and Marbling genes than any other beef breed and are twice as likely to grade Choice or Prime. Exceptional feed efficency makes them perfect for "Grass-fed" and "Organic Beef" programs.

Murray Greys are known as the "gentle builders of beef" for their extremely docile and easy-going nature. The cows are wonderful mothers and calves are born easily....often on their feet and nursing within minutes of being born. Its not uncommon for a cow to be producing calves into their teens. The cattle are dark-pigmented which leaves them significantly less suseptible to skin and eye problems. Who could ask for more?
